Palm oil contributes to environmental damage, inequality and labour exploitation. We work together with out suppliers to source more sustainable alternatives.
Better ways to heat our stores.
We create conversation and invite engagement around our values and our food. We want our customers to share our beliefs and be a part of our journey.

We define our priorities, so we know which values are prioritised when sourcing products. Some of the competing values are health, seasonality, carbon footprint, waste and wages.
embrace the good fats.
Fat has been given a bad rap. We think that’s outdated thinking. Fat improves metabolism, makes you feel good and is healthy, so long as it’s from healthy sources.
swap out the soy.
Soya is not very good for the environment. It also can be problematic for our health. So we are constantly looking for ways to create great food with less soy, or source it from organic European farms.
